Information for 2024-2025 Grade 7 Admission

1. Pui Kiu College accepts applications from all regions in Hong Kong. Any child eligible for attending schools in Hong Kong may apply for admission.
   
   
2. Our school is not participating in the Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System. Admitted students who have signed the “Place Acceptance Letter” will not be allocated any other subsidised S1 places through the SSPA System, including both the discretionary places and places in central allocation.
   
   
3. Admission seminars will be held on 13 January 2024. Enrollment for the admission seminars will begin on 18 December 2023 (starting from 9:00 a.m.) and will close when the quota is full. For further information, please refer to our school website (https://www.puikiucollege.edu.hk).
   
   
4. Application period starts from 17 November 2023 and ends on 12 January 2024. Parents are required to apply online by completing the application form on our website. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an admission assessment on 2 March 2024.
   
   
5. The interview notification will be released on the school website after 6:00 p.m. on 19 February 2024. Admission results will be posted on the school website after 6:00 p.m. on 18 March 2024.
   
   
6. The tuition fee for Grade 7 is HK$29,500 per annum in 2024-2025 school year (subject to future revision), payable in 10 installments.
   
   
7. Application Procedures(Upload Required Documents):
   
   • Primary 6 Student Record Form (if available)
   • School Reports of Primary 4, 5 & School Reports of Primary 6 (if available)
   • HK Birth Certificate or HKID Card (**For non-local children, copies of all valid supporting documents certifying the child's right of abode in HK is required.)
   • Recommendation letters, record of extra-curricular activities or awards
     
     
8. Application Fee : HK$75
   For applicants who are invited to attend the admission assessment, their parents are required to pay the application fee with Visa / Master (PayPal) on our online application system.
   Please note that:
   
   • The application fee is non-refundable.
     
     
9. All personal data provided in the application form will be handled by relevant staff of our school. The data will be kept confidential.
   
   
10. The personal data provided by unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed afterwards.
    
    
11. Criteria for G7 Admission:
    Academic Performance: 40%; Interview Performance: 30%; Conduct: 20%;
    Extra-curricular Activities / Service: 10%
