Notes for 2025-2026 Transfer Admission Application:
- We accept students from all regions in Hong Kong. Any students eligible for attending schools in Hong Kong, with good conduct, outstanding academic achievement and performance in extra-curricular activities, are welcome to apply for admission.
- Parents are required to apply online by completing the application form on our website. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an admission assessment. Parents will be notified of the assessment arrangements by phone in due course.
(Parents may log into our online application system to check the status of their application during the validity period)
- The application period starts from 20 November 2025 and ends on 7 March 2026. Applicants can only apply once during the application period. Applicants who are not invited to attend the admission assessment may assume that their applications have been unsuccessful. The application forms will be destroyed.
- Annual school fees for the 2025-2026, to be paid in ten installments, are as follows:
Grade 1-6 : HK$ 30,000 (subject to future revision)
Grade 7-9 : HK$ 32,900 (subject to future revision)
Grade 10-11 : HK$ 41,400 (subject to future revision)
- Application Procedures:
- School Reports for the recent year
- HK Birth Certificate or HKID Card (**For non-local children, copies of all valid supporting documents certifying the child’s right of abode in HK is required.)
- Recommendation letters, record of extra-curricular activities or awards
- Application Fee : HK$75
For applicants who are invited to attend the admission assessment, their parents are required to pay the application fee with Visa / Master (PayPal) on our online application system. Please note that:
- The application fee is non-refundable.
- All personal data provided in the application form will be handled by relevant staff of our school. The data will be kept confidential.
- According to the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, during the student admission application process, it may constitute an offence for the school managers/school staff to accept any benefits from any person without legal authority or reasonable justification, or for any person to provide benefits to the school managers/school staff. The school does not allow its school managers or school staff to solicit or accept any benefits in school matters, including student admission applications.
- The personal data provided by unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed afterwards.

- Our school has put in place a “School Fee Remission Scheme” for needy students to ensure that qualified students will not be deprived of receiving education at Pui Kiu College. - Our school provides school bus service covering different areas of Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. For details, please refer to the school website.
**Non-local children need to hold valid identity documents to enter public sector schools. For details, please refer to the prevailing Education Bureau Circular on “Entry of Non-local Children and Children Holding a Form of Recognizance to Schools in Hong Kong”. On the other hand, unless clearance is obtained from the Director of Immigration, no child whose travel document/passport bears the endorsement “Visitor” over the immigration stamp or issued with a landing slip imposed with condition of stay “Visitor” upon arrival should be admitted to any school in Hong Kong.
